He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnson Levi and Ruth Levi; his son Lee Even Levi; his grandson Larry Cecil Valdez; and his siblings, Kirk, Lena Blanche and Patricia.
He is survived by: his former wife Lorraine Kay Kanosh; his wife Lorrane; his children, Sean Levi of Kanosh, Erica Levi of Kanosh and Rhonda Levi of Kanosh; and his siblings, Wayne Levi of Kaibab, AZ, Andy Levi of Kanosh, Utah, Lafe Levi of Kanosh, Utah, Amy Levi of Fillmore, Utah, Sandra Levi of Fillmore, Utah and Juanita Levi of Fillmore, Utah. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and many other Nieces and Nephews.
Masks and social distancing is required to all those attending and participating in the funeral services.
