With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roma Ann Palmer of Kanab, Utah, who passed away on August 10, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carpenter and Irene Carpenter; and her brothers, Rodney, Blair and Steve.

She is survived by: her children, Kyle, Bryan, Paula and Bruce. She is also survived by four children and sixteen grandchildren.
