She is survived by: her close friend Melvin Allen Cox; her husband Melvin Allen Cox of Orderville, Utah; her children, Mary Ann (Kyron Brinkerhoff), Duke (Shiree Cox), Doug (Letitia Cox), Danny (Bethany Cox) and Dustin (Harmony Cox); and her siblings, James Bradshaw, Rea Dawn Rowley of Parowan and Shadrach Bradshaw of Beaver, Utah..
