She was predeceased by: her parents, Viona Mognett and Jack Mognett; her brothers, Daniel Jackson Mogett and Melvin Karl Mognett; her niece Jennifer Houston; and her great grandchild Treylynn Asay.
She is survived by: her son Kerry Grant Worthen (Angela Worthen); her grandchildren, Brittany Worthen Wright (TJ), Schuyler Worthen (Kells), Jimmy Worthen (Cory) and Nikki Worthen; and her stepgrandchildren, Bryan Neyra, Christian Neyra and Rogger Neyra.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kanab Cemetery (164 E 405 N, Kanab, UT 84741).
