He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Lukus; his children, Brian (Jennifer) and Bridget Purvis (Chad); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Miles, Jordan, Hayden and Ashlyn; and his sisters, Patti Koons (Jim), Linda Clark (Ray) and Molly Houston (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
