Larry Baer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Baer (Kanab, Utah). Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Matthew Baer and Clara Virginia Carter; his wife Iva Jean Barfield; his daughter Mary Elizabeth; his sister Virginia Woodward (Mike); and his daughter Kathy.

He is survived by: his children, Laura Jean Coe (Kevin) and Lawrence Donald (Becky); his brother Bob; and his son Willie. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the South Chapel (536 S 100 E, Kanab, UT 84741). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the LDS South Chapel (536 S 100 E, Kanab, UT 84741).
