It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Clorene Hoyt (Kanab, Utah), born in Alton, Utah, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Roundy and Lorena Roundy; her husband Errol Hoyt; her siblings, Florence, Gwenda, Judith, Rayda and Vern; her sons-in-law, Joe Meiner and Bill Barton; and her grandsons, Brandon Hawkins, Rusty Meiner and Derrick Hoyt.
She is survived by: her children, RaJan Meinor (JerryPerkins) of Fredonia, AZ, Julie Rae Hawkins (Ed) of Blanding Utah, Suzie Clark (Terry) of Heneriville, Charrena Barton of St. George, Carlon Hoyt of Fredonia, AZ and Kelly Hoyt (Misty) of Santaquin. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren with one more great grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Mosdell Mortuary (676 US-89A, Kanab, UT 84741). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alton LDS Chapel.
