It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A Woolstenhulme (Kamas, Utah), born in Coalville, Utah, who passed away on October 21, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Hortin Woolstenhulme; her granddaughter Sarah Lyn Woolstenhulme; her sister Joan Smith Shaw; and her parents, James William and Fawn Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lorrie Jean Hoggan, Michael Keith Woolstenhulme (Sue), James Elmo Woolstenhulme (Stephanie) and Bryan S. Woolstenhulme (Pam); and her brother James Kent Smith (Judy). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 25 Great-Grandchildren.
