She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Frantz and Eelsie Frantz (Gines); her husband Don J. Van Tassell; her son Don Jr.; her granddaughter Kerry Lewis; and her siblings, Mona, Wilma, Reed and Norman (Bud).
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Daugherty (Ernie), Kayla Lewis (Bob) and Stacy Bertelsen (Rod); her grandchildren, Jodi, Kyle and Erin; and her brother Morris Frantz (Moe). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
