He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Lee Johnson and Laura Mae Baxter Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Colby Johnson and Cameron Lee Johnson; and his brothers, Scott Johnson (Jolene), Brian Johnson (Christine) and Darren Johnson (Angie). He is also survived by one uncle and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
