He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rena, Carl Prescott and Rex Simpson. He is survived by: his parents, Kim Simpson and Lana May Simpson (Prescott); his former spouse Shannon Smith; his wife Jenny Simpson; his children, Kylee May Simpson, Chase Carl Simpson and Madison O. Simpson; his grandson Kimball Jackson Simpson; his siblings, Shanae Thornton (Lynn), Kresta Robinson (Scott), Ashley Page and Dustin Simpson (Sara); and his grandmother Gwen Simpson Saxton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
