He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceril Gines and May Gines; his siblings, Bonnie McNeil, Jerry, Billy and Howard; his children, Neal Douglas Gines and Marla Lou Harris; his son-in-law William Jay Harris; and his great grandchild Brigg Cerel Gines.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Gines; his sister Helen Jones; and his children, Tim Gines (Lori) and Lana Goodwin (Craig) of Kamas, UT. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild.
