He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lamar and Izelma Lazenby; his child Baby Lazenby; and his siblings, Shirley Muir, Jay, Ray and Jackie Lazenby.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Brown; and his children, Lesa Ballard (Greg), Stacy Lundgreen (Lamont) and Tom Lazenby (Teana). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oakley Red Barn (4300 UT-32, Kamas, UT 84055). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Francis Cemetery (2585 UT-35, Kamas, UT 84036).
