As Charles Proctor departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Charles Proctor. Though Charles Proctor may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Engar and Mildred Engar; and his sister Janet Shaw (William). He is survived by: his wife Kristie; his children, Travis (Christy), Brittany Beavin (Mark), Tyler (Adrienne Dongarra), Colby and Ashley Blackburn (Dennis); and his siblings, Nancy Lines (Ivan) and Rodney. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kamas LDS Stake Center (3038 UT-32, Kamas, UT 84036). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
