It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina M. Czepulkowski (Joseph, Utah), who passed away on March 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Wojciechowski (Joseph), Barbara A. Bickel (Charles) and Edward R. Sadly. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Adalbert RC Church or The Polish American Cultural Center would be appreciated.
