It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Larraine Walker (Ivins, Utah), who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Viola Norell and Albert Sydney Romney; her siblings, Barbara, Marvin, Phyllis and Ronnie; her husband Paul Richard Walker; and her son Norman.

She is survived by: her former husband Robert Dorrel Newbold; her sister Lois Eidahl; her children, Shauna Crittenden (Ken), Charis Stansell (Jay) and Bob Newbold (Vauna); and her daughter-in-law Janet Newbold. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

“Thelma was the kindness person I know and gave me 5 years of Memories that will last me my lifetime. I gave care to her in hopes to keep her in her home, she fought the Assisted Living fight for 3 months. What a fight she did, she was so brave, and I am so proud of you. You are free now Thelma. You asked the Lord to fudge a little and take you sooner and he did just that! The voice mail you have left me have been absolutely priceless thank you I listen to them often. Max is the best gift! love”
