He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bowman and Virginia Andrew Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Diane Wheeler of Ivins, UT; his daughter Andrea Smith (Jason) of St George, UT; and his brothers, David Wheeler (Faye) of Lindon, UT, Richard Wheeler (Virginia) of San Jose, CA, Wendell Wheeler (Yvette) of Warrenton, VA and Douglas Wheeler (Linda) of Chantilly, VA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
