He was predeceased by: his grandfather Keith. He is survived by: his parents, David Keith Price and Connie Meyers; his wife Amber; his children, Clay T and Dixie Rae; his siblings, Heidi Jones, Tiffany Ccatamayo and Coby Price; and his grandmothers, Norma Price and Virginia Meyers. He is also survived by (grandmother), many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, please make a donation to the Cache Valley for Hope Cancer Foundation as they helped Tyler's family navigate the difficult change in their financial situation all throughout his illness.
