He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Cooper Nielsen and Blaine Nielsen; and his siblings, Douglas Lee, Dewayne, Darwin, Clyde and Valarie Chambers.

He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Brown; and his daughters, Lorry Ann and Andrea Johnson (Butch).
