He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Stephanie Evans (Shawn), T. J. Nelson (Jessica), Brad Nelson (Sierra), Judd Jewkes (Shani) and Gennette Spangler (David); and his siblings, Jeanette Hogan, Marcia Todd (Tom) and Bryce Nelson (Marsha).
