He was predeceased by: his brother Mark LaFollette; his brother-in-law Shawn Ambrose; his father-in-law Cleve Smith; and his nephew Steven LaFollette. He is survived by: his spouses, Joann Mcwilliams and Shauna LaFollette; his children, Trevor LaFollette, Tyson LaFollette, Victoria Goodwin (Paul), Kingham Goodwin and Ariel Goodwin (Jared); his mother-in-law June Smith; his brothers, Ray (Sue) and Paul (Kathey); his brother-in-law Chris Smith (Allison); and his sisters, Eve Orr (Doug), Melinda Ambrose, Amy (Tom) and Pondolphino.
