He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebeni Leavenworth and Llora Leavenworth; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his former wife Betty Louise Smith; his wife Claudia Egan; his children, Lois Goodwin, Gary Leavenworth, Celia (Lin Huish), Paul (Shelly Leavenworth), Mary (Carl Larsen), Rose Marie (Robert Cameron), Mark Leavenworth and Steven (Sabrina Leavenworth); and his siblings, David Leavenworth and Lois Shelley. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grand children.
