She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Peterson and Blanche Lewis Peterson; her siblings, Terrell L. and Donna Kaye Olsen (Peterson); and her child Douglas L. Fackrell.

She is survived by: her spouse Douglas Fackrell. She is also survived by four children during their 22-year union: Douglas "Dusty" Fackrell (58/Logan, UT), Darrell Fackrell (54/Mesa, AZ), Devin Fackrell (52/Monticello, MN), and Denise Fackrell (48/Mesa, AZ), nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
