He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyrum "Hite" Weston and Ada Maughan (Ferguson); his siblings, Valoy Maddock (Jim), Howard and Jim Maddock; and his great grandchild Margaret Cook.
He is survived by: his sister Suzann Rigsby (Chris); and his children, Debbie, Charlie Larson, Sherrie, Jon McKenna, Steve, Jamie Maughan, Lori, Mike Riddle, Jason, Erika Maughan, Brian and Richelle Maughan.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hyde Park 5th Ward LDS Church (2540 N 400 E, North Logan, UT 84341).
