He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Winn and Odra Winn; and his siblings, Eugene and Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Jay (Annette) and Cindy (Troy); and his brother Keith. He is also survived by 6 Grandkids, 6 Great Grandkids.
