He was predeceased by: his son Stephen David Holt; his parents, William Nephi Holt and Edna Wilson; and his sister Carolee Lerwill. He is survived by: his wife Judith Markham Holt; his grandchildren, Michael (Stasha), Elizabeth and Ruby; and his siblings, Jeanette Williams, Martha Ann McNab and Michael Holt.
