He is survived by: his parents, Diane Blazer and Donald Blazer; his wife Victoria Blazer; his children, Dean Blazer and Sarah Blazer; his siblings, Dale Blazer (LeeAnn) and Debbie Blazer (Taylor); his brother-in-law Chad Karlewicz (Leslie); his nieces and nephews, Nick Blazer (Jena), Zachary Simpkins, Harrison Karlewicz, Regan Karlewicz (McKenzie Alexander), Manuel Ruiz (Danielle), Kristi Blazer Souza (Matt) and Grace Simpkins; his great-nephews, Magnus, Silas, Jakob, Makswell, Jaxson, Bastian and Abraham; and his great-niece Avery. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
