She is survived by: her former husband Scott Morgan Beams; her children, Coby Matthews, Staci Elaine Kroff (Daniel Kroff) of Virgin, Smantha Polanco (Josh Polanco) of La Verkin, Utah, Daniel Bud Beams (Kristi Beams) of Delta, James Bryant Scott Beams (Kasidee Beams) of Hurricane and Colby Matthews (Marja Matthews) of La Verkin, Utah; and her sister Vickie Elaine Donohue.
