He is survived by: his mother Ora Bleak Bohn; his siblings, Ron (Chree) of Enoch, UT, Randy (Tina) of Wellington, UT and Lisa Bonzo (Eric) of Enoch, UT; and his children, Johnelle Sherwood (Don), Danielle Caraccio (Jeremy) of Centerville, IA, Shae Milner, Tucker Bohn and Jessica Hunter of Cedar City, UT. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
