Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sky Mountain Ward Chapel (452 N 2600 W, Hurricane, UT 84737). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Hurricane City Cemetery (250 East 600 North, Hurricane, UT 84737).
