He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward LeRoy and Iva Hancock Denney. He is survived by: his brothers, Thayle Denney and Lynn Denney (Dixie); and his children, Edward Kerne Denney (Nancy), Colette Jensen (Kevin), Marla Olsen (Bruce), Martin Denney (Karen), Laura Tabor (Dave), Steven Denney (Valorie) and Julie Thornton (Brad).
