With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deloy Evans of Hurricane, Utah, born in Panguitch, Utah, who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephriam Lynn "Charley" and Noreen Clark Evans; and his siblings, Clark Evans, Shirlene Jensen and Gwen Crofts.
He is survived by: his brother Clark Lynn; his wife Jolene Evans; his children, Thomas Deloy Evans (Leathra), Andrea Lareen LeBaron (Arthur), Allen James Evans and Mark Wayne Evans (Samantha); and his sister Ireta Tubbs. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
