Clair Foster Oliphant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clair Foster Oliphant of Hurricane, Utah, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sons-in-law, Gordon Jeppson and Kenneth Johnston; and his parents, Thelma Cottam and Harry Kinder (Clare Oliphant). He is survived by: his children, Karri Johnston, Kellie Spendlove (Merlin), Jackie Stone (Pat), Stephanie Sanders (Chai), Tracey James (John), Melanie Barlow (Troy), Mickelle Westfall (Ray) and Chad Oliphant (Terra). He is also survived by 39 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; four sisters; and one brother.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Hurricane LDS Chapel (677 S 700 W, Hurricane, UT 84737). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Toquerville Cemetery (191 Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774).
