He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Eugene (Gene) and Leah Ballard Wadsworth; and his grandfather Harvey Ballard. He is survived by: his brothers, Durward and John; his wife Vanda Fuller of LaVerkin, Utah.; and his children, Wendy West (Pete), Heidi Hunsaker (Scott), Angela Trinite (Marcus), Brenda Wadsworth (Matthew Peters), Carl Jr. Wadsworth (Jenny) and Reuben Wadsworth (Melissa).
