He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harvey and Emma Spendlove Bradshaw Ballard; his spouse Jean Evon Jones Grow; and his daughters-in-law, Vicki Wood and Tammy Fullmer.
He is survived by: his children, Geri Titensor (Steve), Glen Ballard (Jen), Gordy Ballard (Lynnette), Gregg Ballard (Lesa) and Gary Ballard (Melissa). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 39 Great-Grandchildren.
