He is survived by: his wife Christine Palmer; his sister Lisa Firth; his children, Traci Merrell, Gina Stratford (Doug Blankenship), Angie Palmer (Stuart Miller), Whitney Jean Palmer, Michela Harris (Seth) and Brian Van Ness (Julie); and his cousin David Call. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, with one great- grandchild.
