He is survived by: his wife Elda Luke Hinkins; his children, David Parley Hinkins (Lane), Ross Delile Hinkins (Jeannine), Todd Scott Hinkins (Nadene), Nanette Tanner (Mark), McKette Allred (David) and Christy Kaye Hironymous (Matthew); his sister Linda Hansen (Raymond); and his parents-in-law, Kean, Charlane Luke, Mack, Eunice Luke and Ilene Luke.
