She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Taylor and Janet Taylor of Huntington, Utah.; and her brother Baby John. She is survived by: her grandchild Chandon; her children, Chelsie Mead (Bobby Cook) and Jaydon Mead (AnnDee) of Price, Utah; her grandchildren, Chanden, Brasie, Axel, Jaxon, Maddison, Azlynne and Kayden; and her siblings, Debra Newman (Joe) and Steven Taylor (Jody). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
