He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Jennings Justice and Esther Jerome Majors; his former wife Kathy Nielson; his brothers, Orson and John; his sons, Carbon Emery Insurance and Huntington; his wife Julie Thompson Kofford; his children, Mark Justice, Jr., Chris Justice (Courtnee), Jenny Gagon (Mike), Matt Justice (Breezee), Tim Justice (Brianne), Mike Justice (Tiffanie) and Dave Justice (Keera); and his stepchildren, Kyann Feichko (Bowdie) and Jed Kofford. He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren.
