He is survived by: his mother Julie Ward of Huntington, Utah.; his former wife Katie Fielder; his spouse Lacie Fillmore; his family, Madison, Jaymen and Bella; his children, Damien, Ellie, Jaymen, Bella and Madison; his father Terry Oviatt; his siblings, Gavin Oviatt (Whitney), Michelle Hernandez (Carlos) and Macae Hall (Casey); and his nieces and nephews, Adriana Castro, Carlitos Hernandez, Elaine Oviatt, Landon and Kate Hall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
