It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Bissell of Huntington, Utah, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Florence Mills; her daughter Rachel Busch (Samuel); her husband Richard Bissell; her daughter Rebekah Gallucci (Palletto); her stepsons, Kenneth D. Reeves and Roger Reeves; and her son-in-law Samuel Busch. She was also cherished by her husband, friends and family.
