He was predeceased by: his parents, Verda Louise Whitaker and John Lawrence Payne; his son Rocky Dennis Payne; and his great grandchild Lexie Dickens. He is survived by: his wife Percilla Marie Abbott of Malad; his children, Randall (Cindy), Rory (Lisa), Ricky (Tyese) and Russell (Marcy); and his sisters, Sandra Fuller (Richard) and Shelly Nicholas. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
