It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Von Fullmer of Hooper, Utah, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bliss and LaVon Fullmer; his daughter Jennifer; and his brother Brent. He is survived by: his sons, Philip Jacen (PJ), Justin and Nathan; his wife Cathy; his child PJ; his grandchildren, Carlie, Devin, Zane and Jacen; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Eloise.
