He is survived by: his spouse ViAnn Stolworthy; his brother-in-law Jim; his sons, Shawn (Michelle), Todd (Tricia), Daniel (Lisa) and Matthew; and his siblings, Alvin (Stella), Lee and Carole (Jim). He is also survived by his wife, sons, four step-grandchildren.
