He is survived by: his wife Maxine Donnelson; his daughters, Sherry Evenhuis (Shane), Tammy Young (Kim) and Mandy Cunningham (Brandon); his grandchildren, Kallie Alspaugh (Stuart), Trinton Young, Crystal Evenhuis and Connor Frank Cunningham; and his great grandchild Grayson Alspaugh.
