He is survived by: his former spouse Vivien Henrie; his wife Marylyn D'Hulst; and his children, Dana Lyn Sharkey (Jess), Daniel D'Hulst Jr., Natalie Dearden (Lynn) and Charles D'Hulst (Laura).
