He is survived by: his parents, Gene Clint and Lily June Campbell; his spouses, Judy McKalvy and Carol; his sons, Kevin Campbell (Cathy) of Ogden, UT, Darcy Todd Campbell (Amy) of West Haven, UT and Kurt Heath Campbell (Julie) of Hooper, UT.; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Thomas.
