It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deborah Elaine Wagner (Hooper, Utah), born in Bozeman, Montana, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandson Trenton J. Wagner; and her parents, John Fowler and Adeline Fowler. She is survived by: her husband John F. Wagner; her children, Rachelle L. Jacobson (Ren) and Andy K. Wagner (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Kalee, Kaitlin Jacobson, Josh and Cole Wagner.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Dementia/Alzheimer fund of Utah in Debbie's name.
