He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fonnesbeck and Maurine Hurd Fonnesbeck; and his siblings, Carol, Margo and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jean Crawford; his children, RaeAnn Hart (Jim), Sharla Anderson (Roger), Lana Fonnesbeck, Maja Goodey (Ted) and Marc Fonnesbeck (Shelly); and his sisters, Sheila, Marcia and Leah. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
