He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Weaver and Gayle Smith; his son Clayton Weaver; his siblings, Sandy Lewis, Pat Zeigler, Ross and Steve Weaver; and his granddaughter Sasha Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Ilene Weaver; and his children, Wendy Stephens (Chris), Grant Weaver (Mary), Brandon Weaver (Megan), Bryce Weaver (Brooke), Hyrum Weaver (Stacey), Michelle Weaver and Lewis Weaver (Natalie). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
